In order to achieve them, our own quality control labs have the necessary equipment and modern technologies that allow controlling and certifying not only the finished product but also our raw materials.

Our plant operates:

Authorized for operation by the National Food Safety and Quality Service - SENASA, control body responsible for guaranteeing and certifying production safety and quality. One of the requirements met in our company is the CREHA Plan - National plan for food hygiene and waste control.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system - HACCP (GMP, SSOP, Microbiological and Training), food safety system based on prevention. It provides a systematic method to analyze food processes, defines possible hazards and establishes control points to ensure the production of quality food for our customers.

Another important point to guarantee high food safety and environmentally-friendly standards is the strict waste treatment used in the poultry processing and by-products plants. Therefore, the company does not only have a plant duly equipped to avoid pollution risks but also a system for the treatment of effluents discharged from the production that allows reusing waste as fertilizer.
